Le 01 et 02 avril dernier, le Snack Show (le salon incontournable des professionnels de la restauration rapide et du hors domicile) a mis en avant le dynamisme et la capacité d’innovation du secteur du snacking. Entre innovations, nouveaux concepts et nouvelles attentes des consommateurs, le secteur du snacking ne cesse de se réinventer en s’adaptant à tous les moments de consommation.
Cette 26ème édition du salon a mis en lumière de nombreux concepts innovants, des tendances food émergentes et/ou grandissantes ainsi que des offres en phase avec les nouvelles attentes des consommateurs qui allient praticité et plaisir. Entre les formats hybrides, les produits sains (moins sucrés notamment), les boissons fonctionnelles et les offres qui s’adaptent à tous les usages et les moments de consommation ; le salon a mis en lumière toutes les innovations et tendances du secteur.

On April 1st and 2nd, the Snack Show (Europe’s leading event for fast food and out-of-home dining professionals) demonstrated how dynamic and forward-thinking the snacking industry is. With a wave of new concepts and breakthough innovations, the snacking sector continues to reinvent itself.
This 26th edition of the show showcased numerous innovative concepts, emerging and growing food trends as well as offerings designed to meet consumer demand for both convenience and indulgence. From hybrid formats and all-day dining options to healthier products (notably lower in sugar) and functional drinks, the show captured the key innovations and trends that shape the future of snacking.
